The Podar T.T. College’s mission of education aligns well with the strong emphasis on developing a national system of education, with Education For All, with a focus on eliminating disparities in the educational system and providing more facilities through qualitative interventions, women’s empowerment, and access to education for disadvantaged groups, educationally backward minorities, and the disabled. It also asks for more discipline and discipline in academic pursuits, as well as autonomy and accountability, experimentation and innovation, and the nurturing of excellence and the modernization of procedures at various levels of education.

The vision of Podar T.T. College is simple, it aims to continue to expand and explore, both locally and globally, and to be a visionary and content supplier. This also includes methods to develop the position of the city as a global hub for information, culture, skills, technology, research, and service. The education of women is an important goal to empower them.

To accomplish the Mission & Vision, the objectives laid down are as under:

• To provide a wide range of holistic education by homogenizing the western knowledge while remaining anchored to the Indian cultural moorings;
• To act as a catalyst of change by spreading education, and by dismantling the cobwebs of ignorance and illiteracy;
• To develop individuals who are morally upright, intellectually well-informed, socially concerned, emotionally balanced, physically well-developed, and culturally accomplished;
• To sensitize individuals towards social welfare and to nurture creative and resourceful minds who think big, think fast and think ahead, who care for the nation and the weaker sections of society, and are imbued with humanistic passions and values.
